These Terms and Conditions of Use (the «Terms») govern access to and use of the website, waitlist, and, when available, the Figma ↔ Vuetify Sync plugin (the «Service»), operated by Juan José Guzmán Cardona, based in Pereira, Risaralda, Colombia, with contact email juanjcardona13@gmail.com (the «Owner»).
By accessing the site, registering for the waitlist, or using the Service, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Purpose of the Service
Figma ↔ Vuetify Sync is a plugin and ecosystem aimed at syncing designs created in Figma with Vuetify framework code in both directions, with high parity between design and code.
In the current phase, the Owner primarily offers: (a) an informational website; (b) a waitlist to receive launch news, early access, and related communications; and (c) limited or beta access to the plugin when the Owner enables it.
The Service is evolving. Features, pricing, availability, and scope may change without prior notice until definitive commercial launch.
2. Eligibility and registration
To register for the waitlist or use the Service you must:
- Be of legal age under applicable law in your jurisdiction, or have authorization from your legal representative.
- Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information, especially your email address.
- Not use false identities or third-party emails without authorization.
Waitlist registration does not guarantee immediate plugin access, specific commercial terms, or availability on a particular date.
3. Permitted use and restrictions
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. The following is prohibited:
- Using the Service for unlawful, fraudulent purposes or to violate third-party rights.
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems, accounts, source code, infrastructure, or data of the Owner or other users.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, copying, reproducing, or distributing the plugin, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting the Service without written authorization from the Owner.
- Interfering with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service.
- Sending offensive, defamatory, spam, or malware content through forms, feedback, or contact channels.
4. Waitlist and communications
By joining the waitlist, you authorize the Owner to send you communications related to the Service, including confirmations, beta invitations, surveys, product updates, and, where applicable, commercial information about the plugin or related products.
You may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time via the link in emails or by writing to juanjcardona13@gmail.com. Unsubscribing from promotional communications does not necessarily imply immediate deletion of your registration unless you expressly request it under the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The website, plugin, its code, design, brand, documentation, text, graphics, interfaces, and other Service elements are property of the Owner or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights over the Service, except a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin according to its purpose and applicable documentation.
Figma and Vuetify are trademarks of their respective owners. The Service is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially endorsed by Figma, Inc., Vuetify LLC, or third parties, unless expressly stated in writing. Any reference to third-party products is for descriptive purposes only.
You retain ownership of content you upload, paste, export, or generate through the Service (e.g., designs, snippets, or code). You grant the Owner a non-exclusive, limited, royalty-free license to process such content solely to provide the Service, improve it, and provide technical support.
6. Beta versions and availability
Beta, preview, or early access versions are provided «as is» and «as available», may contain errors, interruptions, or substantial changes, and may be modified, suspended, or canceled at any time.
The Owner does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with all versions of Figma, Vuetify, browsers, or operating systems, or that it will achieve exact parity in all use cases.
7. Plans, pricing, and payments
Waitlist access may be free. When the Owner enables paid plans, their prices, billing frequency, taxes, payment methods, and refund conditions will be disclosed before purchase and will prevail over these Terms in case of conflict.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, bank fees, or third-party charges, which the user will bear when applicable.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, lost profits, data loss, lost business opportunities, or damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.
The user is responsible for reviewing, validating, and testing any code, design, or output generated by the Service before using it in production. The Service does not replace the professional judgment of developers, designers, or technical teams.
If any limitation cannot apply under mandatory law in your jurisdiction, the Owner's total liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you to the Owner for the Service during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD 100), whichever is greater, unless otherwise required by law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner, its collaborators, and providers from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
10. Personal data protection
Processing of personal data collected through the site and waitlist is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the relationship between you and the Owner.
By registering, you confirm that you have read that policy and that the data provided is truthful.
11. Third-party links
The site may include links to third-party sites, tools, or services. The Owner does not control or accept responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties. Access is at your own risk.
12. Suspension and termination
The Owner may suspend or cancel your access to the Service, in whole or in part, without prior notice if you breach these Terms, if required for technical, legal, or security reasons, or if the Service is discontinued.
You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your registration under the Privacy Policy.
13. Modifications
The Owner may modify these Terms at any time. The current version will be published on this page with the corresponding update date. Continued use of the Service after changes are published implies acceptance of the revised Terms, unless the law requires additional consent.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply based on your place of residence.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Pereira, Risaralda, Colombia, unless mandatory law provides a different forum.
